It did a great job. Real easy to use only tried it several times. Cleaned my carpets and it did remove the stains just had to hold it over the spot a little longer. I have used it on my hardwood floors and they came out great. My kitchen and bathroom floors never looked cleaner. Definitely recommend it.

I LOVE this steamer. I've owned two of them- the first I gave to my daughter of her house and then I bought a very expensive shark steamer assuming it would be a major upgrade replacement for me. It paled in comparison. I tried one other expensive model because this one was out of stock for awhile and it wasn't great either. I finally got my hands on another one of these and it works SO WELL. I'll never use anything else.

Works really well on my floors. I have kids and my floors get dirty all the time. I love to use this to pre-clean my floors, deodorize and sanitize my kids toys and carpet. It's a little hard to glide on the hard floors but not on the carpet when you use the attachment for the carpet.

I have used this steam mop just once but had a large area to cover plus used the handheld component to clean my shower. I am very impressed with the power & ease of use, especially since it is not a known brand. The tank holds a fair amount of water and there are plenty of attachments for cleaning various areas & items. It was in multiple pieces when it arrived, but it was super easy to put together, literally just a minute.

The steam mop is highly recommended! After years of using a traditional mop and bucket, this machine has completely changed floor cleaning. The difference is significant and my back is thanking me too!

I used this steam mop for the first time today. It was easy to put together and the cord was plenty long enough. I just moved it to the room I was cleaning at the time. I can't say that I noticed a difference in the cleanliness of my gray kitchen laminate floor. It wasn't extremely dirty to begin with. I typically wash it monthly with a microfiber cloth and bucket with Mr Clean, on my hands and knees. But I'm almost 70 yrs old and that's hard for me anymore. It's a little awkward to fill the water tank but not a deal breaker. Spout is on the front, not the top of the tank which would have made it easier to fill. The pads are dark gray so you can't see the amount of dirt that comes up but the saturated pad wrung out gray/brown water so I guess its doing its job. I would prefer a lighter color pad though. I have a small kitchen and by the end, the pad was so wet that I needed a towel to wipe up the excess water. I changed pads and did my bathroom with the second one. Again, no noticeable change but I like the idea that it killed germs around my toilet and I didn't have to get close to that area. I also liked that I only used water to clean/sanitize vs Mr Clean or Lysol. The mop heated up fast. It makes a low bubbling noise but it wasn't loud enough to be annoying. It didn't get the dirt trapped in the kitchen laminate floor's divets even tho I held the steam over the dirty spots for several seconds. Perhaps they'll come up with continued use. My advice is to buy replacement pads and change frequently so floor isn't sopping wet near the end of your cleaning. Haven't used the attachments yet but anxious to see how it will work on my stovetop and will try on the floor divets as well. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase. Its better than the Hahn steam mop I owned 10+ yrs ago as its much lighter and easier to maneuver. And its much better than cleaning on my hands and knees. I also like that the mop stands up on its own and has hooks to wrap the cord. I did days of research via You Tube videos, consumer reports and Amazon reviews. I think I made the right choice for my budget. I also purchased the $8.99 additional 2 yr warranty offered by Amazon for peace of mind that this mop will last a few years. That was kind of a no brainer and $9 well spent.
