Title: Terrible Quality and Bad Service
Review: This wallet was pretty bad quality. First, the initial was off center to the bottom and to the right. On top of that the color was different than what's shown on the Amazon site. On the Amazon site shows a leather colored wallet and th e one sent is more of a plastic tan colored wallet, very cheap. The manufacturer agreed to correct my order, however they took forever to solve the issue and never sent a new wallet. Amazon stepped in and agreed originally to a refund, however two days later they backtracked and changed their mind and decided not to offer a refund even though they initially agreed that the work was not centered and the color was different than the one pictured on the Amazon site. If you look at the wallet on the site it looks more like actual leather. The one I got looks more like a plastic and tan. So this is false advertising on Amazon's side. If you read past messages under reviews you will see this a common error with this company. THIS IS ASA COMMMON AND YOU DON'T GET A REFUND EVEN IF THIS COMPANY SCREWS UP YOUR ORDER, SO THEY ARE GUARANTEED THEIR MONEY EVEN IF THEY MESS UP.

Title: A Sorry Gift Box that Cost Extra!
Review: I thought the wallet itself was very nice, though an insert in the wallet seemed odd. The personalization was excellent! But the gift box made a classy gift look cheesy. It was very plain. It was PINK! For a man's wallet! It had cotton in it like for a necklace, or something! Just a plain, like 4x4x1″ pink box for a nice wallet… and I paid extra for a gift box! Little things like that can make or break a gift, which is why I was willing to pay extra.
