Two of these and two of the non turnable version from the same company. This equipment is total trash and unfit for use. Do not buy for any job. They will fall over and drag on the ground. Regardless of handle position. Oh, then the ball bearings fall out from the top rotational platform. Total load 5k lbs 2.5T
